Refund Policy – MeToo Nail Studio At MeToo Nail Studio, customer satisfaction is very important to us. Please read our refund policy carefully before booking a service.

1. Services Are Non-Refundable Due to the nature of our beauty services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for completed nail services. However, we want you to be happy with the results, so please contact us within 3 days if there is an issue.

2. Fix Policy If you experience a problem with your nails (such as chipping or lifting) within 3 days of your appointment, we offer a free fix. After this time, standard service fees may apply.

3. Cancellations & No-Shows • Appointments canceled at least 24 hours in advance are free of charge. • Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged a cancellation fee or may be required to pay a deposit for future bookings.
